Start-Up Trademark Opposition Policy

The Start-up Trademark Opposition Policy is used to resolve disputes between Registrants and IP Claimants over the registration or use of a domain name that is subject to the IP Claim Service. STOP is exclusive to the .BIZ top-level domain and may only be used by those IP holders that submitted an IP Claim. All other IP holders must use UDRP to resolve their disputes.
