Cyberpunk

It is a genre of science fiction set in a lawless subculture of an oppressive society dominated by computer technology. The term grew out of the work of William Gibson and Bruce Sterling and has evolved into a cultural label encompassing many different kinds of human, machine, and punk attitudes.
