Bilski Test

A”test” of the validity of a patent; in 2008, In Re Bilski reiterated the machine-or-transformation-test as a device for patent eligibility; in a 2010 US Supreme Court review of the CAFC’s Bilski decision, they rejected the Bilski test as the sole test of the eligibility of a process patent.
